Sakari and Creed’s F4x Pomsky pups turned a week old on Tuesday and they’re doing so well! Sakari is such a wonderful momma

We’ve finally come up with names for them and with a huge dumping of snow we had the day before these pups were born (that was still being cleaned up the day they were born), we decided on a Canadian Glacier theme (we have some super cool names for glaciers, just sayin’).

Names and weigh-ins:

• Jubilee or “Jujube”(Girl #1) 11.0 oz (+ 4.3 oz)
• Cambria (Girl #2) 1 lb 1.0 oz (+ 7.9 oz)
• Megaera (Girl #3) 15.1 oz (+ 5.8 oz)
• Bugaboo or “Bug” (Boy #1) 15.8 oz (+ 7.8 oz)
• Peyto (Boy #2) 1 lb 2.0 oz (+ 7.2 oz)
• Lemolo (Boy #3) 1 lb 0.2 oz (+ 7.2 oz)

I captured a hilarious photo of Maikoh the other day. Here’s the caption I used on our Facebook page:

Hi. I’m Maikoh (“My-koh”). My tiny hoomans also call me Mako like the shark. I’m 16 weeks old and weigh 10.5 lbs so I should be around 17 pounds full grown. I’m short and stocky and my Momsky likes to call me a little when I use my razor sharp teeth like a bear trap on the other dog’s legs! But Momsky loves when I torpedo onto her lap and flop down on her and kiss her eyes. She also couldn’t stop laughing when I was grinning at her like this
