Let’s kick off this post with our first formal introduction:
Our F4x litter sired by Creed and out of Sakari were born on October 28, 2023, the anniversary of Congress passing the Volstead Act in 1919. We are pleased to introduce our “Prohibition Boos” litter 🍻👻
🩵 Sambooca (Sam-boo-ca 👻) – 8.9 oz black and white male
🩵 Dracardi (Drac-ardi 🧛♂️) – 9.5 oz black and white male
🩵 Grumlin (G-rum-lin 👹) – 8.6 oz black and white male
🩷 Fangria (Fang-ria 🦷) – 8.5oz black and white female
🩷 Boolini (Boo-lini 👻) – 7.9oz black and white female
These pups will first be offered to members of our Wait List around 5 weeks of age.
Next off, our F4 “Fastest Cars” litter, sired by Maikoh and out of Tiva, turned 8 weeks old on Tuesday. These pups all got a clean bill of health from our vet and have all met their new families and are doing great!
These pups were such a joy around the house and farm and are such outgoing, happy puppies! We sure are going to miss Tiva’s happy-go-lucky disposition she stamps on her pups, but we know she’s so loved by her retirement family and her legacy continues with the amazing pupdates that her pups’ new families share with us.
Final 8-week weigh-ins:
🩷 Vayanne – 5.06 pounds, charting 15-22 pounds
🩵 Divo (now Rocket) – 5.86 pounds, charting 18-25 pounds
🩷 Nevera (now Piper) – 5.12 pounds, charting 17-24 pounds
🩷 Gemera (now Nami) – 5.12 pounds, charting 17-24 pounds
And finally, for our spooktacular pupdate, we are beyond excited to present our F3 “Halloween Hounds” litter out of Akela (16 pounds) and sired by Scenic City Pomskies Banjo (10 pounds). These pups were born between 5:55am-11:04am on October 31! 🎃
With the help of our Wait List and Pomsky owners, we chose a most excellent “Howl-o-ween” naming theme for these fabulous pups:
Representing Witches 🧙🏻♀️, we welcomed our first born pup, HERMIONE (Harry Potter series), a stunning red girl with a heart-shaped mask 🩷 weighing in at 8.1 ounces.
Representing Vampires 🧛🏻♀️, we welcomed our second born pup, ESME (Twilight series), an incredible grey/silver girl 🩷 weighing in at 7.7 ounces. This girl has been selected by Scenic City Pomskies for their future breeding program!
Representing Ghosts 👻, we welcomed our third born pup, ZERO (Nightmare Before Christmas), a super handsome dark grey boy 🩵 weighing in at 7.7 ounces. This boy is being evaluated for Ontario Pomskies’ future breeding program!
Representing Egyptian Mummies 🧝🏼♀️, we welcomed our fourth born pup, CLEOPATRA, a regal red girl 🩷 weighing in at 9.7 ounces.
And finally, our members most favourite name as voted by them, representing Vampires 🦇 for a second time, we welcomed our fifth born pup, MAVIS (Hotel Transylvania series), an adorable red girl with open mask 🩷 weighing in at 7.5 ounces.
These pups have already been gaining weight and I was lucky to sneak them away from Akela briefly for this photoshoot since she is soooooo protective over her beautiful pups.
Pups that are not retained for breeding purposes will first be offered to members of our Wait List around 5 weeks of age.
