Baby alert!! Zia was confirmed pregnant with at least 5 puppies this morning! Matrix is the sire and these amazing F3 puppies that are due around March 2 should have mostly blue eyes and either wooly or standard coats. Members of our Wait List will be selecting these puppies first and we are sooooo excited to meet them!

With the continual goal of finding the best homes possible for our Pomskies, we are considering placing Nootka into a forever family after she is spayed (within the next month or two). Nootka will be 4 years old this October and she is amazing with people and children. She is very calm, low energy, sweet and loving and sparing with the kisses. She currently is the alpha female and commands respect from other dogs, but she is fair in her request and does not fight other dogs (but she will use her voice and body to claim dominance). She does bark often outside at strangers and strange dogs only, but she is very quiet indoors. She is not crate trained as she prefers to be loose in the house or confined to a room with tiles (like a laundry room) as she overheats easily. She has outstanding house manners, is fully house broke and does not chew or mess inside the house. She sheds very heavily twice a year but her coat is magnificent and she loves being brushed and bathed. She is leash trained and enjoys walks but can become a little motion sick and drools. We do not recommend a home with cats as she is very interested in them and can be quite intense. She also has some issues with resource guarding (bones or treats in particular), so a home with other dogs would need to ensure that she will be the dominant dog. Her adoption fee is $500.00. Please note: we appreciate any applications for Nootka; however, she is our very first Pomsky we have owned and we are incredibly bonded to her.
